I am a PhD candidate at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences in Newark, NJ. I study cellular neuroendocrinology. Specifically I work with glucose sensing neurons of the ventromedial hypothalamus and study how they control aspects of whole body energy homeostasis. I mostly do whole cell patch clamp experiments among other techniques.
